Nestled in the idyllic village of Cley-next-the-Sea and located behind The George and Dragon Hotel, our newly renovated Coach House is a spacious ground floor property for 2 guests. The property features a generously sized bedroom with king-size bed, a stylish en-suite with walk-in shower and Japanese bath. A large open-plan kitchen and dining area is thoughtfully furnished to cater to all your self-catering requirements. The space A spacious property, the ground floor accommodation at the Coach House is a delightful haven for two guests seeking comfort and tranquility. The property features a generously sized bedroom with a luxurious king-size bed to ensure a restful night's sleep and a bathroom fitted with a Japanese bath and a convenient walk-in shower, providing a touch of luxury to your stay! Whether you wish to regularly dine out or eat in, there is a large open plan kitchen and dining area, with all the cooking utensils and necessities you may require. Kitchen space - The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to self-cater for your stay. This includes fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washer/dryer and all the necessities to go with them. We also have a Nespresso Machine. For those that want to dine in, there is a small dining area. Living area - The living area has everything you need to relax; comfortable seating, smart TV and free Wi-Fi too. Bedroom - The stylish bedroom features a king-size bed with pocket sprung mattress, plenty of storage and an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and Japanese bath. The toilet and an additional sink can also be accessed by the bedroom. Outside Space – This property has a private courtyard garden with patio and grassed area. This garden is secure and suitable to be enjoyed by your four-legged friends if they are staying with you. Other things to note Please note we operate a contactless check-in via a key safe at the property. Guests will receive the check-in guide and key safe code 2 days prior to arrival. A quality, local breakfast is available in the hotel restaurant for an additional £12 per person. Please pre book your table with us before arrival. Dogs are welcome in this accommodation (rules apply) for an additional fee of £15 per stay. Please request this upon booking. Please be aware that failure to clean up any foul mess from your pet will result in a minimum of a £50 fine. Parking is available at the George & Dragon hotel and is operated on a first come first served basis. If the carpark is full upon arrival, please park at the village carpark located at NR25 7RJ. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be issued if the request is made at least 7 days prior to check-in. Cancellations made within 2-7 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. Reservations cancelled within 2 days of check-in will not be refunded. An early check-in of 1pm is available for an additional fee of £10. Late check-out of 12pm is also available for £10. Please request this upon booking. This is a strictly no smoking property. With the Coach House being located behind the George & Dragon there is a potential for noise.
