Great for tourism or business stays. The space This nice apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, two night tables and a TV. The dining room area has a sofa bed, a 4-seat wooden dining room, and a comfortable additional chair for office work. The bathroom is very comfortable: spacious, with a glass partition and cement tile details on the wall. The kitchen is very comfortable and well-equipped with everything you need for short and long stays: dishes, utensils, glasses, blender, coffee maker, large refrigerator, among others. The apartment has a large closet area where in addition to hanging and folding clothes, you can comfortably store your luggage. In addition to this, it has a large private patio to enjoy the outdoors. It is accessed directly from the dining room. Upon request, we can leave an iron and ironing board for clothes. Not suitable for babies. On the 3rd floor of the building we offer a terrace overlooking the city and many floors (common areas of the building).
