There is plenty of space for a caravan or boat and the house is fully gated and secure. We offer comfortable bedding, modern kitchen & appliances for inside & outside cooking, spacious lounge area, Tv, wifi & air conditioning The space This beautiful brand new house will really feel like your home away from home, perfect for families or small groups or couples. We offer 3 good sized bedrooms all with hotel quality linen and ducted air conditioning. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a private ensuite. Our second bedroom has a double bed and the third room offers a smart TV and sofa bed, converting to a double sized bed if needed. (We provide good quality mattress topper and linen with this converted option also.) The open plan living and lounge room are very spacious with comfortable theatre style recliners and a large digital TV with popular streaming apps such as Netflix & Stan and Disney. We also have games and dvds available for guests use. The kitchen is very spacious and has all the latest modern appliances. You will love our butlers pantry, perfect for preparing meals whilst keeping the main kitchen area open & clean! Our outdoor alfresco dining area is very comfortable, with beautiful breezes and views of the garden, surrounding areas, palm trees and also boasting its own meal preparation area, sink, fridge, and Webber for outdoor cooking. Our garden is a great size and fully fenced for those travelling with pets (please ensure to inform our superhost if travelling with pets). Relax in the sun on our sun lounges during the day and sit by the fire pit in the garden on colder nights. This house also offers a Huge driveway, perfect for those travelling with boats or caravans or large trailers, all of which can be locked up with our fully secure gates. Additional to this parking space we have a double lock up garage to park your car/s. Guest access Guests can access all areas of the house other than the shed located in the garden. Other things to note There is a compendium for your perusal containing all information about the house and area. For this travelling with pets, please ensure pets are kept off couches and beds, additional cleaning and linen charges will apply if pet hair is found. We do this to ensure a high Level of cleanliness & hygiene is maintained for all of our guests. Please bring your pets bedding along with you. PLS NOTE : We are an airbnb, whilst we provide all the basic amentities to get you going for your stay, it is up to guests to bring their own provisions and groceries including toilet paper etc, particularly if you are staying for longer than 2 nights.
