The house is located in Zone 2 and is 7 minutes walk to Clapham Junction Station where there are trains approximately every 5 minutes to Waterloo Station. The train journey is 12 minutes. Waterloo Station is 18 minutes walk to the Houses of Parliament. There are also numerous bus routes at the end of the road - less than 1 minute walk away. Of which Bus Route 87 which will take you past the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, Number 10 Downing Street to Trafalgar Square in less than 30 minutes. The space The house consists of kitchen, lounge, conservatory, garden and three bedrooms. The three bedrooms are supplied with fitted sheets and towels. The main bedroom has a Super King size bed and is ensuite with toilet, sink and shower. The second bedroom has a King size bed and portable air conditioning unit. The third bedroom has a King size bed. The main bathroom includes a toilet, bath, sink and shower. There is also an office area with two large work areas and shelves. The lounge area has two sofas with seating for 5. In the conservatory is an outdoor garden table and chairs with seating for 4. Fans are supplied in every room. Super fast broadband fibre optic wifi internet is provided for work, video calling etc..... Guest access Full access is provided to the house with it's own front door. Other things to note We are providing the house with free parking in a dedicated car parking space. The normal price of on street parking in this zone 2 area is £3.80 an hour.
