This 2 bedroom apartment is located in the stylish Kingsborough precinct in Kingston. There is the 80/20 Cafe downstairs and you're always a short trip to anywhere in Canberra. Ideal for a small family for a great holiday base to see Canberra. For those traveling for business, it is ideal for working from home. An extra large, fully equipped kitchen is the centerpiece of the apartment, ideal for longer stays! This is rounded out with secure downstairs parking. The space The space is a fully equipped two bedroom apartment. There is a room with a king single bed configured for a child (though an adult will still be very comfortable sleeping there), and the room may also be used as a dedicated study area. There is an extra large kitchen for your use and a living room equipped with a good sized flat screen TV (no streaming services provided sorry). There is a washer/dryer combo machine in the laundry. The apartment has an instant electric hot water system. Guest access You will have full, private access to the apartment during your stay. Other things to note We are a family with two baby girls that wish to have people visit our home whilst we are away traveling for a few months.
