Nice two-room apartment in Diano Marina, in a central location, a short walk from the pedestrian area and the beaches. Ideal for 4 people. The space The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator. You will find yourself in a space consisting of a kitchen with a dining area, equipped with everything you need, and a comfortable living/sleeping area that houses a double loft and a two-seater sofa bed. The bathroom with shower and bidet is spacious and you will have a washing machine and hairdryer. There is a heat pump air conditioning system (hot/cold system). The highlight of the accommodation is the two large furnished terraces, ideal for outdoor dining and relaxing. For families with children, we provide an additional cot with a changing table. There are pillows and blankets, but we do not provide bed linen and towels. There are no groceries in the kitchen. Guest access The entire apartment is for guests' exclusive use. Pets are allowed.
