Spend your vacation in peace, surrounded by vineyards in the Médoc in Vertheuil, close to Saint-Estèphe and Pauillac. The ocean is 1/2 hour away. A 150 m² Landes-style house in the middle of the woods, unheated chlorine pool secured by an alarm, all on a 2000 m² plot. It consists of 3 bedrooms including a master bedroom, a large living room with a large fireplace, terrace and equipped kitchen. The capacity is 7 people. No parties. No pets. Description to watch The space the house is 150 m². You will have a master bedroom with a 140 cm bed on the ground floor, on the 1st floor 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 3 90 cm beds. Other things to note On a fenced plot, adjoining my property, are my animals (chickens, geese and alpacas). In order to come and feed them during your stay, I keep the pedestrian access to the gate in order to access the animal enclosure, so I cross part of the land where the house is located, you will not see me...
