The bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, walk-in closet and second flat screen TV. Enjoy your private covered patio facing the lushly landscaped courtyard. Assigned covered parking near unit. Washer and dryer are inside unit. The space This unit is located in a small condo complex called Desert Gold. The complex is very guest friendly, beautifully landscaped and well maintained. You can enjoy the large pool, heated spa or meet your neighbors in the expansive courtyard. The community area has tables, chairs and three gas barbeques, all available for your use. Other things to note Guest will be required to agree to and sign guest terms and conditions and follow HOA rules which will be emailed. If you have questions, please ask in advance. $100 per month cap on utilities.
