Beachfront house in Stockholm archipelago with private pool

Welcome to a spacious, newly renovated and family-friendly three-story house in the basement, with a private pool. The house is located right next to the sea with nice walking paths along the water. Walking/biking distance (two adult bikes and three children's bikes are included in the fee) to the beach, café with bakery and an ice cream bar. This accommodation combines the proximity to the archipelago and the tranquility with smooth and fast routes into Stockholm city (only 25 minutes by bus to Slussen). The space On its total of 165 square meters spread over three floors, five bedrooms are offered (four on the top floor, one on the bottom), three bathrooms, a state-of-the-art and well-equipped kitchen, a pleasant living room and a relaxing TV area for both large and small. On the entrance floor, you will find a hall, bathroom with toilet and shower, kitchen, living room, balcony with dining table and lounge, and laundry room. On the top floor there are 4 bedrooms, a master bedroom with double bed and 3 children's rooms (two with 90 cm beds and one with a pull-out 80 cm bed), as well as a bathroom with toilet and shower. On the ground floor, there is a large TV sofa and a 50" smart TV connected to the house's WiFi, with access to the balcony and pool area. There you will also find the fifth bedroom with a 120 cm double bed and desk/office. At the entrance to the house, there is a carport with free parking for one car. If you have more cars, you can park for free at one of the area's guest parking lots. In the carport, you will also find a basketball hoop, and in the storage room, there is a charcoal grill for wonderful barbecue evenings. Out on the balcony and pool area, you can swim and hang out in the lounge, there is also a dining table with room for four people. There is a stable mesh network throughout the house with fast WiFi for the whole family and all devices. Please note that this is a non-smoking home. Guest access Guests to our house have access to all areas of the home except the attic. Other things to note We offer rentals primarily during the holiday months, but send a request if you are interested in non-bookable weeks and we will respond within a maximum of 12 hours. If you want to use the house's electric car charger to charge your car, there is an additional cost of €10/day that you want to charge. Contact the host to access the charger. Payment is made separately.
