Enjoy a day by the pool surrounded by an 8 foot privacy fence with beautiful scenery and a small trampoline for the kids. Open concept house is perfect for enjoying the company of your friends/ family. Just a short walk to bear creek park, with various sport courts, miles of trails and 2 parks for kids to play. As well as the farmers market Saturday mornings. Race track, old town Keller and several shops, bars, restaurants and treats with in walking distance. Baby supplies included please ask. The master includes a large walk in closet, big enough for a PnP if baby is needing a quiet dark space. An outlet is in the closet for monitors, sound machines, etc. Guest bath is only available for tub use, there is no shower, but a wand you can use in the tub. There is a rocking chair in second bedroom. Lawn services are typically scheduled on Thursday, pool service is Friday. These can not be rescheduled. If maintenance is required at another time, please let us know. We are just a few minutes up the road should you need any assistance. You are welcome to text us if needed but we have more sets of eyes on the app to answer your questions. Quiet, friendly neighborhood, with in walking distance to bear creek park, old town Keller, snow cones, ice cream, shops, restaurants and bars. Race track is just around the corner. Many activities and necessities are with in walking distance but easy to drive to as well. Please avoid parking in front of mailboxes. Do not leave children outside unattended, there is no fence around the pool. Keep the back door locked with lock AND pin to avoid kids getting out on their own. Push the pin down with your foot to lock. Unlock by pushing front button with foot. Real wood floors, please avoid walking in while wet and promptly wipe up spills. White carpet, please avoid dirty shoes on carpet. It is very soft and feels great on bare toes!
