The living room also has a Sleeper Sofa allowing this unit to sleep up to 8 people. There is a 55" TV in the living room and 43" TVs in both bedrooms. This unit also includes a DVD player, blender, crock pot, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryers and dryer rack. The primary bathroom has a tub/shower combo and the guest bathroom has a walk-in shower. No pets allowed as per owner. No roll-away beds. All of the condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs). There is an initial flight of stairs to enter the condo. Our minimum age to rent is 25.
