Amazing sunsets! The space Applewood Room 206 is a nicely appointed, second-story unit with great day and night views of the Straits of Mackinac and the Mackinac Bridge. Located two miles from town on the west side of the island, you are strategically positioned to end you day watching the suns set, the stars come out, and the lights twinkle on the Mackinac Bridge and across the water in Saint Ignace, all from the comfort of the unit. Equipped with a king-size bed, a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and WiFi. Each room at the Applewood Condo has a private entrance, deck, and a full bath. During your stay Sunset Condos will be your host during your stay. Staff are located in a separate building a stone's throw from Applewood Condo and are available for questions and services during business hours. Guests will receive a welcome package prior to arrival that includes useful information regarding transportation and things to do on Mackinac Island. After arriving on a ferry, you have the choice to board a horse-drawn shuttle or taxi (a fee of $10.50 per person applies) or you can rent bikes in town or walk (approximately 2 miles). If you chose to rent bikes or walk, we will transport your luggage to the condo at no additional charge prior to 6pm. Other things to note If you have a larger party or desire more space, please e aware that Applewood 204, 205 and 206 can be combined into adjoining rooms to meet your vacation needs.
