The space The House Our lovingly renovated holiday home combines modern comfort with cozy country charm. Everything is on one level, featuring bright rooms, high-quality furnishings, and many thoughtful details – ideal for families, friends, or couples looking to relax and enjoy nature. Bedrooms The house offers 3 bedrooms and accommodates up to 7 guests: 1 single room 1 double room 1 triple room (can be arranged as a double + single bed) 1 sofa bed in the living/dining area All rooms feature comfortable beds, flat-screen TVs, and Wi-Fi. Air conditioning is available in the hallway, ensuring a pleasant temperature throughout the house. Beds can be arranged as singles or doubles as needed. A baby cot is available on request. Living & Dining Area The spacious living and dining area with a large panoramic window creates a bright and welcoming atmosphere. A wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth, especially in the cooler months. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, dishes, and all necessary cooking utensils. The large dining table invites you to enjoy shared meals or game nights. Bathroom & WC The house features a modern bathroom with shower and a separate toilet – bright, clean, and functionally designed. A washing machine is also available for guests. Terrace & Garden The covered terrace with an outdoor fireplace and barbecue facilities is perfect for cozy evenings outdoors – whether in summer or winter. The fenced garden offers peace, privacy, and beautiful views of the surrounding greenery. Guest access Our guests have exclusive use of the entire house, including: - all 3 bedrooms - the living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen - the bathroom and separate toilet - the covered terrace with outdoor fireplace and barbecue - the fenced garden with seating area - and the private parking space directly at the house (also suitable for larger vehicles). The house is entirely yours during your stay – enjoy full privacy, peace, and plenty of space to relax. Other things to note Pets are very welcome! To make sure your four-legged friends feel completely at home, we offer: - a fully fenced garden – perfect for safe playtime - a pet welcome package with a dog blanket, feeding mat, and waste bags - a peaceful location right next to the forest, with plenty of beautiful walking paths starting directly from the house Please note that a pet fee of €10 per night and per pet applies, as cleaning takes a little extra effort after furry guests.
