Please note that we are not liable for any loss or damage related to stored luggage. 2. Noise Please be mindful of neighboring residents during your stay. Avoid loud voices or making excessive noise. If we receive a complaint from neighbors and the noise continues after a warning, we may report the incident to the authorities and proceed with forced eviction. In such cases, any costs incurred will be charged to the guest as a nuisance fee, and no refunds will be issued for remaining nights. 3. Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and all common areas. If smoking is detected (including cigarette butts, burn marks, or lingering smell), a cleaning fee of ¥30,000 will be charged. 4. Energy Saving Please make sure to turn off all lights and electrical appliances when leaving the room or going out. 5. Guest Access Only guests registered at the time of booking are allowed access to the room and premises. Please ensure the correct number of guests is registered in advance. If unauthorized individuals are found entering or staying, we will charge double the nightly rate per extra person, regardless of whether they stayed overnight. Additionally, no shoes are allowed indoors. A cleaning fee of ¥20,000 may apply if shoes are worn inside. 6. Cleaning If you notice any area that is not properly cleaned upon check-in, please notify us immediately. We cannot accept requests made during or after your stay. Please note that no cleaning or towel replacement is provided during your stay. The cleaning fee listed on the booking site covers post-checkout cleaning only. 7. Damages, Loss, and Stains Please use the room responsibly and with care. If any damage or loss of items (e.g. Wi-Fi device, keys) is discovered after checkout, a penalty fee will be charged through the booking platform. For long-term stays, please be extra careful with kitchen and bathroom cleanliness. In cases of extreme dirtiness beyond normal cleaning, additional deep cleaning fees may apply. If you break or lose any items, please report it immediately. Likewise, if you notice any issues at the time of check-in, please contact us right away. If keys are lost, we will charge ¥20,000 for a lock cylinder replacement due to security reasons. 8. ID Submission For guests residing in Japan, submission of ID of the main guest is required. For international guests, passports of all staying guests must be submitted. This is a legal requirement, and your cooperation is appreciated. 9. Lost & Found Items left behind will be kept for one week at the facility or management office. If not claimed within that period, items will be disposed of. Perishable items (e.g. food, drinks, condiments) will be disposed of immediately for hygiene reasons. 10. Late Check-Out If check-out occurs after the scheduled time, the following charges will apply: For overstays of less than 3 hours: the greater of ¥2,000 per hour or 30% of the room rate for that night. For overstays of 3 hours or more: a minimum of ¥6,000 or 100% of the nightly room rate, whichever is higher. 11. Extension of Stay If you wish to extend your stay, please notify us by 8:00 PM the day before your scheduled check-out.
