Come live like a local in The North Fourth (NoFo) Loft, a freshly remodeled and tastefully furnished one-bedroom apartment that's in the heart of downtown, yet off the beaten path. Our modern-designed and sustainable living space offers free parking, is in a historical area located within walking distance to the Riverfront, and is just steps away from the Wilson Center! Operated on 3 ethos of Hospitality, Sustainability and Community, you are sure to have a great stay! Expect your home away from home to have everything you may need during your time in Wilmington. The bedroom features blackout curtains, a large closet, queen bed, and perfect relaxing ambiance. If dining-in appeals to you, you’re welcome to cook in the spacious kitchen with new appliances and all the tools you need! Or maybe you want to take a little break from sightseeing and relax on the couch while streaming something on Netflix or Hulu. You'll also quickly see that we love to be environmentally friendly! From tissues and toilet paper made from 100% recycled materials, to hygiene products with no harsh chemicals, to smart technology that saves energy, The NoFo Loft is always run in an eco-conscious manner! Finally, the apartment is cleaned with non-toxic products only, all of which are available for you to use during your time with us, with the chance to easily pick up some of your own. Guest access Every item and space in the condo is available for guest use, with the exception of one closet. Other things to note >Check-in is at or after 3pm, and checkout is at or before 10am. We are sometimes able to accommodate earlier or later times, but can *usually* guarantee it for an added fee, so please ask if you need to! >With the exception of infants and toddlers who only need a small crib, there is a two-guest maximum. >There is free street parking in the entire neighborhood. There is also a paid lot just feet from The NoFo Loft, and we provide you with one free space there for your stay, available with the parking pass which you'll find inside the condo upon check-in. >We absolutely love our pets, but we do not allow any pets in our space in an effort to keep allergens to a minimum for all other guests. >A full-size washer and dryer are located inside the condo, free of charge for your convenience. >Non-toxic, hypoallergenic detergent is also provided. >Our building does not have an elevator, so you must climb two flights of stairs. >We provide premium cable in the unit, as well as several streaming services. >On certain holidays and busy weekends, the nearby streets can get a little noisy due to the lively atmosphere and great bars and restaurants. >We do provide earplugs and a white noise machine if you find that you need them.
