Guest access Guests will have access to the whole apartment There is a locked cupboard in the study which is not for the guests to open or use Guests are not allowed visitors unless they have arranged with me prior to visitors arrival Other things to note A damage deposit of R2000 needs to be paid before check in. This is to ensure guests don’t break any rules or property. Any rules broken / damage to property, your deposit will be kept. Your stay will be terminated with no refund! Your deposit will be refunded to you once we have gone through the apartment. So on the day of check out Guest are not allowed to have visitors unless this is agreed by me and arranged prior to the visitors arrival There is an inverter incase there is loadshedding There are 2 parking bays inside for the guests to use Please note we provide cleaning products, toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar and soap for a day or 2 of a guests stay. After that it is for the guest to restock for their use. We provide 4 bath towels and 2 hand towel as well as a set of linen for each bedroom. If guests need a change over, we can do this but it is at the guests cost
