Away from the Burnham Market bustle, Granary Cottage sits on a quiet village lane overlooking fields. Creatively considered, every inch has been thoughtfully designed. The cottage is just five minutes walk from the village green, welcomes dogs and has an EV Charger. The cottage has a beautiful festoon lit garden and ceramic BBQ/smoker with space for outdoor dining. There is parking immediately outside the cottage for one car. The space The master bedroom features a king-sized wrought iron bed complete with roll top bath and en suite loo. Two further bedrooms have a double bed and small double bed within them. All bedrooms have Roberts Bluetooth radios with the main bedroom also featuring a Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods. The cottage is decorated in Farrow and Ball throughout. There is a television in both living spaces with complimentary access to Netflix, Prime and Disney Plus. The kitchen has a Rangemaster oven, microwave and Roberts radio. The dining area also has a Marshall speaker. There is a dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washing machine. There is a shower room and one en suite loo along with a bath situated in the main bedroom. Outside enjoy a drink at the bistro coffee table just outside the back door. Or smoke some fresh local mackerel on the ceramic BBQ enjoying al fresco dining under the festoon lights. There is parking for one car outside the cottage and further parking on the village lane the cottage sits on. Well behaved dogs welcome. Other things to note Unfortunately due to the fact this is an extremely old property with limited scope for change it is not suitable for disabled guests.
