Modern renovated cottage with 3 bedrooms and 6 beds

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. The cottage is close to nature and the beach. You can easily get to Norrtälje, which is about 15 km away by bus or car. To Stockholm it is 90 km and takes about 1 hour by car/bus. The cottage was added and renovated in 2022 with a new bathroom and 3 bedrooms. Large dining room with lots of light. Large terrace with sun all day. Balcony for the evening sun. Large plot for play and relaxing. Bicycles and kayaks to explore the nearby water and bike tours. The space 6 beds in 3 bedrooms. 2 rooms have a double bed and one room has two 90 cm wide beds. Sheets and towels are not included! Guest access The whole house! Other things to note There is a shower and water-flushing toilet but they should be used sparingly. Own well, so you need to conserve water. If the toilet tank becomes full and needs to be emptied an extra time, tenants are responsible for the extra cost
