I'm Julia, 35 years old, and I live in this very nice house with a large garden in Fall by Lake Sylvenstein. The small village of Fall is only about a 5-minute walk from the lake and is very idyllically surrounded by mountains and forest. Swimming, hiking and cycling are activities that can be done directly from the house. At times, a second double room is rented to a maximum of 2 Airbnb guests or permanently rented to 1 additional roommate. The space The guest room is on the 1st floor and is about 10 sqm. The cozy bed is 1.40 m wide and there is a small workspace in the room. The house has a very spacious living and dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen-living room, which guests are of course allowed to use. The garden with terrace, fire bowl and ping pong table are also available for the guests. Please note that the house is not rented for your sole use. I live in the house, so all areas incl. Bathroom and guest toilet shared with me. Other things to note Fall is very poorly connected to public transport, so I recommend arriving by car. In my driveway right in front of the accommodation, a free parking space is available for guests.
