Please note that upon arrival, payment of the accommodation tax of €2 per day per person is required, applicable from 12 years of age, for the entire duration of the reservation. Guest access The room is located within a private property accessible from the street through an electrically operated gate. Once you have passed the gate, you walk along the entrance avenue to the concierge, where you check in. To access the room, you go up a flight of stairs that leads to a corridor. Common areas are available within the property, including a swimming pool, an equipped solarium, and a terrace located near the rooms. The terrace is the ideal place to enjoy breakfast in the morning and then relax while enjoying the view. During your stay For any need, my contact details will be active 24 hours a day. I am normally present in the facility and available to provide information or assistance if needed. The pool will be accessible from June 15 to September 30. There is a tourist tax of €2 per day. Breakfast is available on request: €5 for Italian breakfast and €7 for international breakfast. At check-in, I will leave my contact details for any eventuality.
