The space Seaside caravan has a lovely spacious and warm feel. A brand new gated decking area and furniture have been added for dining al fresco or relaxing on the sun longers. There are two roomy bedrooms which sleep four in a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. There is also a pull out sofa bed in the living room sleeping an additional two guests. The spacious main bedroom has a king bed and a triple wardrobe with draws for ample storage. There is an en-suite toilet, basin and sink off the king room. The spacious twin room has two single beds and a double wardrobe with draws for clothes storage. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooker, fridge and freezer. It also has a microwave, kettle, coffee machine (Bosch Tassimo), toaster, cutlery, crockery, cooking pots pans and other utensils. The lounge has comfy built in seating surrounding a TV and PlayStation 3 which also acts as a DVD player. Free WiFi with good connection speeds. There is a separate dining area with fixed seating and two additional stools. The main bathroom has a spacious shower, sink and WC. There is central heating throughout and double glazing to make it lovely and cosy. The caravan is situated in a quiet area of the resort but central to all the amenities. It is a short walk to the restaurant, bar, play park and pool. The heated outdoor pool with splash park is within a 3 minute walk. The pool is usually open May - to September dependant on weather conditions (managed by the park). In addition to the decking area, the caravan is also situated next to a large grassed area with private use of a picnic bench. Guest access The park has recently undergone a huge upgrade with a revamped restaurant, bar and terrace as well as a redesign and landscaping through the park. Guest get free use of all the facilities - the on site heated outdoor pool, splash park and sunbathing terrace (open Easter - September wether dependant), outdoor adventure playground and an indoor amusement arcade. Other things to note Crooklets beach is a 20 minute walk away on a mainly flat road.
