Other things to note 📌 Other Notes 1) Check-in Details After booking, we will send you a chat group link via inbox for check-in details. 2) Check-in / Check-out Time Check-in: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Late check-in after 11:00 PM — kindly inform in advance) Check-out: Before 11:00 AM 3) Early Check-in / Late Check-out Subject to availability (not applicable on weekends, peak seasons & public holidays) • RM40/hour • Check-in at 10:00 AM or earlier — full night rate applies • Check-out at 5:00 PM or later — full night rate applies 4) House Rules a) 🚭 Strictly no smoking inside the house • RM500 penalty will be imposed if smoke smell or traces are detected b) 🚫 No pets allowed 5) Event / Party Deposit Policy A refundable deposit of RM200 may be required for parties, events, or larger group gatherings (typically around 25 pax and above), depending on the group size and setup. Kindly inform us in advance if you plan to host any gathering. The deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after check-out, subject to the following conditions: a) No items are missing or damaged b) No smoking inside the house c) No damage to walls or paint (no repainting required) d) All food waste is properly disposed of e) No noise complaints from neighbors after 11:00 PM 6) Gatherings & Cleaning 🎉 Small gatherings are allowed • Kindly dispose of all food waste in the outdoor dustbin • Additional cleaning fee (RM200) may apply if excessive cleaning is required 7) Noise Control 🔇 As the house is located in a residential area, please keep noise to a minimum after 10:30 PM 8) Bedding Arrangement 🛏 Bedding is prepared based on 11 guests • For additional guests (up to 13), please select the correct number of guests when booking • Extra bedding will be arranged accordingly Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! 😊
