After staying at Salinas Premium Resort, you won't want to stay anywhere else in Salinópolis. Opened in March 2020, the Resort is perfect for you to experience memorable moments with your family and friends. The structure contains a water park with waterfalls, a current pool, a waterslide, a wet bar, a game room, a playroom, a playground, a multi-sports court, a cinema, a sauna, a 24-hour fitness center, a bowling alley, a spa, a beauty salon, a convenience store, a restaurant, a parking lot and much more. The space I have more things to tell you... The Resort contains one of the best restaurants in the city that is open 24 hours a day, is Dog Friendly, so you can bring up to 2 small dogs and/or up to 10 kg to stay with you (you need to request more information about additional fee and benefits), it is also important to note that the entire project is 100% non-smoking and its outlets are 220V. The accommodation includes a private parking space and BREAKFAST IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE DAILY RATES (but can be purchased separately at the restaurant). For those of you who will be with babies, a family environment has been structured with space for breastfeeding, changing tables, bathtub and kitchen with stove, microwave, blender and sink for preparing meals for the little ones. Children up to 1 year and 11 months old do not count as paying guests and parents/guardians can request a portable crib to be installed in the room at the reception (subject to availability). It is important to note that minors are only accommodated when accompanied by parents or guardians who have registered authorization in a notary's office. This apartment is a complete departure from the standard of a small room with only beds and a bathroom. It is on the 9th floor, is spacious, with 2 rooms, air-conditioning, televisions in the living room and bedroom, kitchen with microwave, minibar, sink and basic utensils for quick meals. We also have a balcony where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the park (kids usually love this view, they get super excited), the city, the beach of Atalaia and an incredible sunset (this one usually pleases adults). Undoubtedly, it will be the most fun days you'll have in Salinópolis Guest access Guests will be able to access all common areas of the resort and will also be able to participate in group activities offered by the hotel staff (it is necessary to check the schedules at the reception). However, in some spaces, there may be a fee for booking or service, for example: time reservation at the BOWLING ALLEY, SPA and BEAUTY SALON (it is important to seek information about prices at the resort's reception). Other things to note 01 - ISSUANCE OF THE VOUCHER: It is a requirement of the Resort's management to receive some personal information from future guests in advance. For this reason, with 24 hours left before your stay, I will request the following information: * Of the main guest: - full name; - CPF number, - address; - Phone number; - email. * Escorts: - full name - Age; - CPF number. All this data is for filling out the Resort's RESERVATION FORM, so that the administration is aware of the guests' arrival and can issue the accommodation voucher. Without providing this data, there is no way to make the reservation. 02 - PETS: If you choose to take your dog to the apartment, check the rules and conditions below: • We accept only small dogs (up to 10 kg) in the apartment, allowing up to 2 (two) dogs. We do not accept cats or other types of animals in the apartment. • A cleaning fee of R$ 250.00 will be charged for the period of stay (as long as you stay in the same apartment. If there is a change of apartment, another fee will be charged). • Cleaning fee includes 1 (one) express bath for 1 (one) of the pets. Bath voucher will be delivered at check-in after fee is paid. • Any damage caused by the animal in the apartment or resort premises will be the responsibility of the unit owner or the guest, and the amount related to the damage will be charged at check-out. • Dogs are allowed in social areas and parking only in the owner's lap. Access to the restaurant and food and beverage sales areas is prohibited. 03 - PARKING: A parking space is already included in the accommodation. If there are additional vehicles, daily parking fees will be charged (the fee amount will be informed by the Resort's reception desk).
