Guests have access via a digital lock and will enjoy the entire property with the exception of the garages. We are just a call/text away. Lake Almanor Country Club is a private, gated community with access to the lake, boat launches, beaches, golf course, and rec areas for basketball, pickleball, tennis, playground, concerts and more! The home has plenty of room for off-street parking (up to 5 cars max recommended). Recreational activities are a short drive away, or bring your bikes to get around. This home (like most in Almanor) does not have AC, but we have a great whole house fan that when used in the mornings and evenings, will bring in the cool mountain air. The home also has ceiling fans, plug-in fans, and just opening up windows in the evenings, and mornings will typically cool it down to make your stay comfortable. **The Country Club does charge an additional fee of $150 (up to 2 weeks stay) for short-term renters, plus a $125 fee if bringing a boat, to enjoy the amenities. This fee is not included in your booking and will need to be processed separately with the country club prior to arrival.
