This light and bright bungalow has 2 terraces, front and back and a good sized roof top terrace with breathtaking views. It also benefits from newly fitted soft, artificial grass in the front and back terrace! The house benefits from the use of swimming pools, tennis and padel court (free of charge). The space Access to the property is via a private gate which leads directly into the front garden with artificial grass and a covered terrace, table and chairs and a BBQ. There are also 2 chill out chairs and a moveable sail for shade. Upon entering the house, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge dining area. There is a smart TV and the sofa is a sofa bed with bed linen provided in the storage part of the sofa. The bathroom is fully equipped with sink, toilet, bidet and a bath with a shower. The bathroom also has a window. The master bedroom has a large double bed with fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading out to the back garden. The back garden has a lovely covered pergola and artifical grass. Stairs from the garden lead up too a beautiful roof terrace with sunbeds and chill out chairs. Guest access Parking is available directly outside of the property or close by. The property is situated on a cul de sac. Access is via a gate that leads directly into the front garden and front door. There are no steps. The neighbourhood is beautifully presented with gardens and sports facilities. Perfect for an enjoyable evening stroll while taking in the views of the mountains and sea. The use of the communal swimming pools and courts within your zone are free of charge.
