Private room with Air Conditioning available in my apartment where I live with two friendly cats. It's located in the heart of Alsancak just 50 meters from the seaside and Kordon. Easy access to public transit. Very close to many restaurants and bars. Central heating, Netflix, PS5, tea/coffee. The space The apartment has a modern style with a renovated interior and is very comfortable and spacious. During your stay If I am free I can show you around or go for a coffee together. Other things to note The room is on the street side which means it could be a bit noisy from traffic and clubs, especially when the window is open. Also it shares a wall with the living room which could be noisy if people are watching TV or talking. There is no elevator, you must climb stairs to the 4th floor.
