A large 150-square-meter apartment located on the second floor of a condominium building WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR. The house is divided into two separate and distinct parts: ALE 1, the two-room apartment (50 sqm) ALE 2: the three-room apartment (100 square meters) There is only a small shared entrance between the two parts. ALE 2 This is the largest and brightest part of the house. It consists of a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a central island for enjoying breakfast with friends. There is a three-seater sofa in the living room that can be converted into a queen-size bed. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and a large second bedroom with three single beds. All of the rooms have windows and shutters. There is also a bathroom with a double sink and a large shower, and a washing machine available for guests. Finally, this part of the house has two private balconies. In WINTER, the accommodation has automatic and condominium heating, which is turned on according to the Regulations of the Metropolitan City of Rome. In SUMMER, there are two air conditioners: one in the large living room and the other in the bedroom with 3 single beds. A tower fan is available in the master bedroom. La Casa di Ale has free Wi-Fi and a single indoor parking space in the shared courtyard, which is available only if it is not occupied by other guests with an earlier reservation. Just outside the pedestrian entrance, there is a free public parking lot. The accommodation is ideal for a family with children or a group of friends on vacation, and its location is perfect for exploring the natural, cultural, and food and wine attractions of the area, but also for visiting and discovering the wonderful city of Rome during the day and then returning to the tranquility of the Castelli Romani hills in the evening. WHERE TO FIND US: La Casa di Ale is located in Frattocchie (the ancient Bovillae, one of the thirty towns of the Latin League that later became a Roman city). We are in the territory of the Metropolitan City of Rome and in the Castelli Romani Park, with its beautiful villages and its gastronomic tradition. A few kilometers from the house, you can visit the towns of Frascati and Castel Gandolfo – the Pope's summer residence with the Papal Palace and its beautiful gardens – Lake Albano, and Lake Nemi. Ariccia with its fraschette and its delicious porchetta (a gastronomic product of excellence). The sea is also not far away. Anzio and Nettuno are 35-40 km away. A few hundred meters from the home, there is a stretch of the Via FRANCIGENA (one of the ancient pilgrimage routes of the Middle Ages) and the APPIA ANTICA, the Regina Viarium, the oldest Roman road (X - XI mile - a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2024). ROME CENTER can be easily reached by the regional trains of the Castelli Romani line - CASTELLI LINE (FL4 A and FL4 V - ticket cost €1.50) to be taken at the S. MARIA DELLE MOLE Station, just over 1 km from the house (15-20 minutes on foot), which run every hour. The train takes you to Termini Station in central Rome in 22 minutes. Another way to get to Rome is by the Cotral suburban line buses, which pass on Via Appia Nuova at the Frattocchie stop (stop no. f3575 Marino - Via Appia), just a 10-minute walk from the house, and which arrive at the Anagnina station of the Rome Metro - Line A.
