A cosy double room with its own private patio, set in an annexe attached to our home. This comfortable space includes a double bed, sofa, TV, and a bright garden room with an armchair-perfect for relaxing. A kitchenette next door provides everything you need for simple food preparation, including a kettle and fridge. Your area is private, though please note that as the rooms are connected to our house, you may occasionally hear us in the shared hallway. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed, TV with Netflix, Disney+ and more, and lovely evening light. You’ll also have a large private shower—perfect after a day at the beach—plus a separate WC. The small breakfast/garden room includes a kettle, mini-fridge, microwave, and a neat dining space. This room opens directly onto your own private patio, ideal for morning coffee or relaxing after exploring the area. We share the main entrance to the house, as the annexe is part of our home, though you are welcome to use the garage door as your own private entrance if you prefer. We live here with our friendly black Labrador, Mac, who you may see in the shared hallway. Our street has a view of the sea, and it’s just an 8-minute walk to Westbrook Beach, a quieter option than Margate’s main beach. St Mildred’s Beach, with its bars and restaurants, is also only a short walk away. A comfortable, well-located and inviting space—perfect for enjoying our beautiful coastline. Guest access "Your private areas include a bedroom, garden room, shower/utility, WC, and patio, all fully separated from the rest of the house. You can access your space through a shared hallway, though it’s possible you may hear us occasionally since we use it for walking the dog, and my husband, who’s a chef, may come in late. If you prefer more privacy, you're welcome to enter and exit through the garage. Our side of the house is separated by doors and windows that are screened, so while we’re in the house as well, your space remains completely private." Other things to note We charge £15 for bringing a pet to our accommodation. Please enquire. Use of bbq for outdoor cooking. I will be around to give you information on paddle boards/beach/restaurants/walks and to help out wherever I can. Yoga sessions if interested. I am a certified yoga teacher Hatha/yin/ashtanga and more recently Reiki practitioner. I also have a gong, crystal bowls for meditation/relaxation practices available.
