The space Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located, fully equipped accommodation designed for short and long stays. ACCOMMODATION RULES: 1. Minimum age to book: 25 years old. 2. Do not make noise that disturbs the neighbors throughout the day and do not smoke in the apartment (not even by opening the terrace windows!!). If you smoke in the apartment, a €175 financial claim will be made to Airbnb for extra cleaning. 3. We ask our guests to leave the apartment as tidy and clean as possible. Please do not leave trash in the apartment. 4. Linens and towels do not need to be washed because we take them to the laundry. 5. If something breaks, please report it to replace it immediately; this way, the next guests can enjoy their stay in the apartment. By reading these rules, you agree to abide by them.
