**Newly Renovated** This beach condo is a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath unit. The balcony is west facing with gorgeous beach and sunset views from the 12th floor. *FREE Beach Chair service March 1-Oct 31* A Tiki hut with food and beverage services, full gym, hot tub, beach chairs, two pools (one heated) and a Kiddie Pool all on site! We have 4 total beds- 1 king, 2 Queens, and a queen couch bed in the living room. The space Located on the quieter side of PCB (less traffic with an abundance of activities). We love the convenience of being beachside! Walk to the elevator go down and out to the pool/beach/tiki hut. Our favorite part is opening the sliding glass doors and walking out on the balcony to watch the waves crash in the early mornings and to watch the sun set in the late evenings. It is a breathtaking view from the 12th floor. We have provided all the necessities to stay in and cook or there are so many delicious local restaurants nearby! This unit is sure to meet all your families needs. Guest access Regency Towers is a 24 hour gated community. Once you arrive, you will check into the Main Desk to get your Parking passes and wristbands($40 for two vehicles and $40 per additional vehicle up to 4 total. These will last for the duration of your stay). Please note: if you arrive after 6pm. You will have a temporary pass until the next day so that you can check in at the front desk.
