Bedrooms: • Bedroom 1 – Super King master with en-suite, walk-in wardrobe, and TV. • Bedroom 2 – King-size bedroom with TV. • Bedroom 3 – Kids’ mezzanine bunk room with 2 cabin bunk beds (4 full-size singles). • Bedroom 4 / Playroom – Above the bunk room, doubles as a playroom and bedroom with a daybed that converts to a double. (Note: mezzanine rooms are open-plan, without a door for full separation.) Extras • Home Gym – squat rig, multipurpose bench, commercial Nordic treadmill with iFit, assault air bike, punching bag, TRX ropes, free weights, and dumbbells. • Office Spaces – internal home office plus a private external office separate from the main house. Guest access Guests will have full, private access to the entire house, gardens, decking area, children’s play equipment, and home gym. Two office spaces are available: one inside the house and a completely separate external office for extra privacy if you need to work while away. The children’s bunk room features 4 full-size single beds (two cabin bunks), while the mezzanine playroom above includes a daybed that converts into a double bed, plus TV, games, and entertainment. Please note these rooms do not have a separate door. Home Gym: The gym is fully equipped with commercial-grade equipment. Use is at guests’ own risk, and children must not use the equipment.
