Skete is a small oasis in the arid and rocky landscape of Anafi. It is located on Ktima Flamourou, in the south-eastern part of Anafi, 40m above sea level. Situated in a landscaped property of 33 acres with access to two beautiful beaches Flamourou and Katsouni, it promises peace and beautiful unobstructed views of the Aegean Sea and the Kalamos limestone rock formation of 460m which is the landmark of Anafi. It offers guests privacy, proximity to nature and quiet surroundings. The space This independent fully furnished house covers an area of 45 sqm and includes a double bedroom and a WC with a bath constructed with the technique of forged cement. It also provides an equipped outdoors kitchen as well as an espresso machine, a fridge, a ceiling fan, a small study, and a stereo. The outside courtyard includes an outdoors sitting arrangement and table where one can enjoy a light meal in a very private environment. Guest access The space surrounding Skete has been paved with local stone interrupted by wonderful flower-beds whilst the total landscaping of Ktima Flamourou is a source of delight for the senses. The plot is divided into terraces supported by dry stone walls that follow the inclination of the ground and is filled with olive, fig and pistachio trees, vineyards, and flower gardens. Ktima Flamourou is home to the only organised Winery of Anafi which promotes the production of organic wines using local varieties and sustainable farming practices. A paved private road connects the Haven to the main entrance of Ktima Flamourou, and the local asphalt road in the north and the seashore with the small pier of Flamourou beach which is a 10-minute walk.
