Welcome to our cozy family house with large garden. In a minute's walk, the bus runs to the Norderstedt-Mitte U-Bahn [subway] stop, which is 1.6 km away. The U-Bahn takes a good half hour directly to downtown Hamburg. The room and your private shower room are on the second floor of our single-family home. The room measures 14 m², the bed 1.40 m x 2.00 m. The windows can be completely darkened on request. Kitchen use is included. Car parking space included. The space The room measures 14 m² and is very bright and sunny with views of the countryside. If desired, you can completely darken the windows with electric external shutters. If you would like to prepare your warm drink in your room, an additional kettle and cups are available here. There is also a bottle of water and glasses. A desk with a desk chair is included. Wi-Fi included. The bed has a size of 1.40 m x 2.00 m. The room is located on the first floor of our single-family home. Your private shower room is also on this floor. Towels are available here for you. A car parking space is located on the property in front of the house. Guest access The kitchen is available for storing your food and preparing your breakfast and snacks. In fine weather, you are also welcome to have breakfast on our covered terrace. During your stay During your stay, I am available to you at any time either in person on site or by phone/text message. Other things to note Norderstedt borders directly on the Hamburg city border to the north. It is a very popular suburb, as on the one hand there is everything you need for everyday life, including a cinema and restaurants. The special charm, however, lies above all in the excellent connection to Hamburg's transport in the form of bus and U-Bahn. The bus with us takes you directly to the U-Bahn [subway] 1.6 km away with a bus station in Norderstedt-Mitte. From there, it is approx. 40 minutes' drive to downtown Hamburg. Hamburg Airport is only about 15 minutes away by car. Norderstedt also has two of its own highway connections (Norderstedt-Nord/Quickborn and Norderstedt-Süd/Schnelsen-Nord) to the A7. Our accommodation is located approximately midway between the two. In the immediate vicinity of our accommodation is the Norderstedt City Park, which invites you to linger, for example, with a high ropes course, water skiing facility, beach, fitness equipment, mini golf course, restaurant, etc. Supermarket and restaurants with breakfast option are within walking distance to our place.
