Lazy Daze cottage has 2 bedrooms, one bath with tub, 3 flat-screen TVs with Roku, kitchen with a stove, dishwasher, toaster, coffee pot and microwave. Full size washer/dryer located in the master closet and open concept kitchen/ family room. Guests will enjoy a golf carting neighborhood with FruitShine Winery, complimentary WiFi and private parking on site. General off street parking is located behind the cottage. There’s one spot on the street spot across from the main stairs, if available. Please do not park in neighbors area. The pier for fishing is lake front. Lazy Daze cottage sits just across the street with amazing lake views. Please note Lazy Daze does have stairs to access the cottage from street parking and behind. Please view pictures and feel free to ask any questions. Welcome to fish or swim off the pier and use the assigned boat lift shown in pictures marked with a yellow stripe to match cottage. The Madam Carrol is 2 miles, FruitShine wine is located at the entrance of the neighborhood and several great restaurants near by: Sportsman, Oak Dale, Riverside, Scoreboard and Kopacetic micro brewery just to name some of my favorites. Indiana Beach is approximately 6 miles away. There’s is one parking spot in front of the cottage across the road by the main stairway. More parking located in back. Please note shampoo, conditioner, soap and are sample sizes & toilet paper is one roll on and one extra.
