B&B Timpabella House

Timpabella house, your home in Sicily. You will experience the slow rhythms of our land with the colors and flavors that distinguish it. The space The property has been completely renovated in all its parts. End of works June 2023. Our two double bedrooms are equipped with a king-size bed, wardrobe, console, luggage rack, TV, windowed bathroom for exclusive use with a large shower, bidet, courtesy kit and hairdryer. The summer/winter air conditioning system is integrated into the ceiling and has autonomous control in each room. The rooms are well insulated both thermally and acoustically by fixtures of excellent workmanship. Free internet is available via Wi-Fi, but also via LAN connection in every room. Guest access The living area The rest of the house consists of a large living area with an adjoining kitchen complete with all appliances and a third bathroom, also with a window and complete with shower and bidet, with a washing machine available to guests. There is a double sofa bed with a 17 cm memory mattress as well as a single armchair bed. The outdoor area includes an equipped terrace, garden and panoramic terrace with sea views. During your stay Hosts will always be at your disposal for any kind of need. There will always be 3 of them available. At the time of check-in, you will be provided with the numbers to contact for any need or advice. Other things to note The B&B formula, in addition to overnight stays, includes a rich breakfast with typical local products. The premises will be cleaned daily and non-reusable towels will be changed (we are very sensitive to environmental issues and the same attention is appreciated by our customers). Periodic change of sheets or when necessary. The living area and the outdoor area will always be available to guests to enjoy a lunch, dinner or aperitif in complete relaxation. About a hundred meters from the house, there are two excellent takeaway pizzerias for a good Sicilian pizza, the famous scacciata or the typical seasoned bread.
