Welcome to Encanto Del Mar! This beautiful and impeccable studio is perfect for those looking for tranquility and privacy! Located in one of the best areas between Playas de Tijuana and Rosarito. With a private yard where you can make a bonfire and watch the sunset, wake up to the soft sound of the ocean and without a doubt live a unique and unforgettable experience. The space The studio has a king size bed with a direct view of the sea, a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area, a desk, Starlink satellite WI-FI, a full bathroom, a 32" screen with Netflix, board games and all the amenities you need for a carefree stay. As you enjoy the amazing sunsets, you can also enjoy having a BBQ and/or enjoy a relaxing bonfire. Guest access Access is via the stairs that are on the side of the house, going down until you reach the garden, in the garden you can make a bonfire or have a BBQ under the stars. Other things to note The studio is located in front of the sea, you will have to go down steps. Security cameras are outside and never inside the room. Smoking is allowed but only outside in the garden. We aré located between playas de Tijuana (21min north) and Rosarito beach (12 min south) right off the scenic freeway. We recommend you bring your groceries and anything else you may need as the nearest convenience store Is OXXO (5.5 miles). If you are having visitors please notify the host first, how many and the time they will be here.
