To help you have the best experience possible, here are a few helpful notes and friendly reminders: 👥 Guest Capacity Our standard nightly rate includes up to 2 guests, unless additional guests are already included in your reservation. Planning to bring friends or family? No problem! Additional guests are welcome for just $10 per person, per night. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly. ⚡ Electricity Use We want you to stay cool and comfortable, especially with the Caribbean sun! That said, electricity in the Dominican Republic is expensive. Your stay includes up to 18 kWh/day, which typically covers normal use. If you exceed that, an additional charge of $0.30 per kWh applies. We recommend turning off A/Cs when you're out to help stay within the included amount. 🌴 Nature Around Our location is surrounded by lush greenery and tropical beauty — but that also means you may occasionally spot ants, mosquitoes, or wasps. While we take great care to maintain the space, nature is part of the experience here. If you're particularly sensitive, we recommend bringing repellent just in case. 🛠️ Maintenance Support Our home is well cared for, but like any space, things can sometimes go awry.
