Lord Nolan's room is the library with several assorted genres and puzzles to while away your hours in case you find yourself house bound or just want to have some family fun away from devices. Also equipped with fast internet Guest access The access to the house is from back, side door near the driveway and patio area. There is one room inside that door kept private for the owner in case they have to stay overnight. It happens rarely, but sometimes guests arrive very late, and the owner lives one hour away. Also the attic has a room on the third level that is private, not for guests . Also 3 storage cupboards and laundry room, are off limits. Other than these rooms, Guests have use of the whole house. Other things to note Guests should be aware although you are in a country setting you are also in a residential town, and excess outside noise could be disturbing to others. Also smoking of any kind is not allowed in the house. The Manor is an old home, that has been well maintained and respected over the 130 years . The doors and windows, walls, floors are not going to be pristine and new looking, but they are clean and sanitized. This is part of their charm. This property is 20 mins to Sauble Beach /falls, 20 min to Lions Head , 40 mins to The Grotto & 1 hour to Tobermory for cruising to Flowerpot island and the ferry to Manitoulin Island . A perfect location to experience the Bruce Peninsula.
