A row of London Plane trees lead the way to our carriage house that overlooks the Okanagan Lake and mountains. Enjoy a peaceful country setting that’s also close to town. Enter into a fully renovated country chic themed private carriage home. The master bedroom has a tempurpedic queen bed mattress and room darkening curtains. In the living room you will find an additional queen sized cabinet murphy bed. There is an XL single bed available for use upon request for additional sleeping arrangements. The bathroom has a deep set tub and a mood crystal to create the perfect ambience when you need to cleanse your aura. The kitchen is fully renovated with brand new white Cafe GE appliances, a white quartz countertop, and beautiful clary sage cabinets. Enjoy panoramic views of the lake or step outside onto a private deck overseeing Mission Hill Winery Tower with lake and mountain views! Guest access - Must add all guests to your booking so we can properly set up. Please message us if multiple beds are needed for those that would like separate sleeping arrangements. - Property will comfortably fit 4 but can accommodate up to 2 extra guests with a fee per person (Auto applied). Extra persons will be given an extra single bed or a queen blow up mattress with linens for self set-up. - Available fire pit with chairs and roasters for bonfires - During fire ban season you will need to bring propane to use our propane fire pit - Smoking is not permitted on our deck space or within the unit but you may smoke at the fire pit and dispose of butts in the sand bucket - Check out our Tipi and Totem Poles if they are up for the season - Fully private carriage house that is separate from our main house - Feel at ease that your children/infants can be loud or cry anytime they want due to privacy we will not hear a thing! - Private deck and patio space with gate to prevent kids going down the stairs - Air purifier located in living room for potential smokey days in the Okanagan - Beach Towels and mini Bose speaker provided in the right bedside cabinet Other things to note - Please disregard automated emails via air bnb regarding bookings post June 23, 2025 as they do not apply to our accommodations .
