The apartment is located in Via Castello 32 in Montecreto in a typical Apennine house that has been completely renovated internally. The house is spread across 3 floors and has an internal garden where you can eat with a view of the mountains. Via Castello climbs from the square to the top of the mountain where the ancient 12th-century Castello dei Gualandelli was located. Part of the castle walls now delimit the area of the Convent of the Dominican Sisters, founded in the mid-1500s. TV and wifi are available! The space For those who love the historic center and the typical houses of the villages, this is an ideal, quiet and characteristic destination. The house has 3 double bedrooms, one of which has a double sofa bed. The number of beds is therefore a maximum of 8. The house is on 3 floors and the bedrooms are on the first and second floors. Each floor has a bathroom and its own independent entrance from the common stairs. From the second floor you can access the garden that is shared with our private apartment. Guest access Guests won't need the keys, but there is a door with a code at Via Castello 32. The code is changed for each booking and communicated shortly before arrival. At check-out, it is deactivated. Check-out is by 10 a.m. Parking is not available near the house, parking is recommended in Via Parcheggio.
