The space is equipped with a kitchenette to meet your late night snacking needs. There are a handful of coffee shops in the neighborhood, but if you don't want to rush out, you can make a Nespresso or tea right in the casita. Need a little practice before you hit the links? We have a putting green just outside the Cozy Moe that you are welcome to use. Guest access The entire tiny home, a dedicated outdoor seating area to the left of the Casita and access to the putting green in the back yard. The rest of the backyard and patio is shared with the family who live in the main home. Other things to note Looking for early check in or late check out? If we can accommodate with our cleaning schedule, you can check in at 2pm and check out at noon each for a $25 fee. Message your host at least 24 hours in advance to inquire about flexible availability for your booking. If you are planning to utilize the loft area, please note that you will need to climb the ladder to get up there. We have a safety gate that can be latched once in the loft area.
