Comfy room in a pretty cottage in a quiet lane.

Pretty Victorian cottage on the outskirts of Farnham with easy access to town centre. Run of the entire ground floor with your own designated bathroom and use of a pretty garden for morning coffee/ evening drinks. Free own parking place. Continental breakfast at breakfast bar. Very quiet at night. Walking distance to pub down the back footpath. Two minutes from lovely countryside, and an eight minute drive down the back roads to Frensham common with the big and little ponds. The space This is a cottage so it is cosy but spacious enough for all to stay comfortably and not be on top of one another. As this is an old Edwardian cottage the guest bathroom is not next door to the bedroom but only 20 feet away! I wanted to keep the original design of the cottage. I have my rooms upstairs so am not in the way plus I have horses down in Frensham so I am off and out early. It is a quiet neighbourhood with no noise at night apart from the occasional fox barking and sometimes an owl hooting. My cottage is only attached on one side to very nice quiet neighbours. The other side is lined by lime trees along a private drive. Guest access Guests can use all the area downstairs and the garden. Other things to note The bed here is a single one that makes a double bed. It is very comfortable. It is suitable for a couple or a single person. The duvet is hyperallergenic and not made from feathers. If you have special requests for breakfast let me know - if you are vegan for instance. I usually provide toast, selection of jam,marmalade and marmite, cereal , yoghurt and fruit for breakfast with fresh ground coffee and tea and herbals. I use oat milk but also supply normal milk. Oddly enough it says I don't provide hot water! Of course i do . There is a shower and bath. I do have a cat. He is very shy so he will scoot past you. I also have horses and I don't have hay in the house(!!!) I know some people are very allergic. Everything is kept horse free here and I have never had a problem.
