The space has: - Queen bed (orthopedic mattress, hotel bedding) - Smart TV with Netflix, Max, Prime (each guest's own account) - Large wardrobe - Bathroom - A fully-equipped kitchen and dining room - Sofa bed ideal for 1, 2 children - Large private balcony with outdoor furniture and plants Guest access Guests have access to the pool and break room in the building. The building does not allow the use of the barbecue grill to short-stay guests. Other things to note THIRD-PARTY BOOKINGS ARE NOT ACCEPTED * The maximum capacity is 2 adults and 1 or 2 small children. * One bath towel per guest and one face and floor towel per bathroom are provided, plus sheets for the number of guests indicated. - Basic kitchen and bathroom supplies are not replenished. You can purchase additional items at the nearest supermarket if you need to. - Building rules and fines during the reservation are the guest's responsibility. - Extra bed/bath linens and cleaning are requested and paid for separately, directly with Acomodate. * The cleaning included in the price is done only at the end of the stay. If the guest desires extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged. ** Please note that you're staying in a home and not a hotel.
