Safe and quiet environment for you to stay during a SHORT stay. The parking space is NARROW, 1.85 meters wide because it is between columns. I do not receive guests with children and/or pets. The room contains a double bed and the bathroom for the exclusive use of the guest is in the hallway, close to the room. It would be greatly appreciated if you removed your shoes. I like to know the guest's origin and the purpose of the stay. Anyway, this is my home and it will be a SATISFACTION to welcome you here. The space I live in the apartment and offer the guest a bedroom with a double bed, towels, blankets, sheets and pillows. There is no air-conditioning or fan (which is not a problem, as Curitiba has a very mild temperature and the room is super airy). In addition, in the hallway, near the room, there is an exclusive bathroom for guests to use, with a very warm shower. The kitchen is available for quick snacks, use of the microwave, refrigerator and utensils, but not for meals to be prepared. Guest access Access to the room with an exclusive bathroom in the hallway, close to the bedroom. I prefer to accompany the guest on arrival and departure from the accommodation. During the stay, we'll arrange the best way to get in and out of the apartment.
