Description

I am renting the second bedroom in the house I live. The room has a single bed, some drawers, hooks and a desk with a chair. It has a door that gets outside to a cozy outdoor space. The house has 1 bathroom that we will share as other common spaces as a dinner room, kitchen, laundry room and a patio. The space Pretty historic house, walking distance from the UofA and 4th Avenue Very close to Downtown, streetcar stop is couple blocks from the house and can take you to Downtown in minutes I live with a cutie kitty, quiet and mellow. He is majority of the time hanging out outside, so you won't have to deal with him so much. Guest access Kitchen is open for guest There is the dinner room all available for guests and a living room with couple couches if you want to chill for a bit enjoying my beautiful Christmas tree. During your stay I am majority of the time in the house working on my room and going around. I will be happy to answer any question you may have about the house or the surroundings of Tucson. Other things to note There is a kitty and a dog in the house, both extremely mellow and quiet.
