Spacious home on Urk

This property is centrally located in the old heart of Urk. It is a spacious home that can accommodate up to 8 people. Enjoy all that the old village of Urk has to offer. Wander through the narrow alleys and enjoy the beautiful sunset on the waterfront. Shops and dining options are within a 1- to 2-minute walk. Beach and harbor are a 5-minute walk away. The space Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and a renovated bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and spacious sink. All bedrooms have new beds with new mattresses! On the ground floor are the living room and kitchen, a 2nd toilet and washing machine. To top it all off, there is a large basement under the house, where there is another bedroom and a large playroom with a foosball table. Here your children can play in a large space, so you can enjoy your well-deserved rest. There is no garden at the house, but there is an opportunity to sit outside in front of the house. Outdoor chairs are provided for this purpose. Guest access The house is completely for your private use during your stay. Parking in front of the property is in the blue zone, with a maximum parking time of 3 hours. Free parking is available on the harbor grounds, a 3-minute walk from the house. Other things to note Important to note that there are no parties allowed and silence after 23:00. We also charge a €80 service fee for cleaning the property. You rent the property including bedding, towels, and kitchen linens.
