Skåne offers a lot of activities, culture, farm shops, flea markets and not least, good food. The space The house was built in the 1940s, and over the years has undergone several renovations and extensions. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. From the upper hall you can also reach the balcony with a view. On the lower floor there is a hall/bedroom with bunk bed, laundry room, kitchen with dining area (6 people) and living room with wood-burning stove and dining area (8 people). In the living room, there is also a large sofa bed. Enjoy a private pool, sun room (greenhouse), large terrace with barbecues and fireplace, large garden and unobstructed views. Terrace adjacent to pool with sun beds, pergola with sofa and peaceful, beautiful views. Plenty of room for play - 6000 m2 of green space to use. Wood-fired private sauna with a view is also part of the property. On rainy days, the movie projector can be used for entertainment. Toys and games are available in the basement and on the bookshelf for both younger and older players. Guest access You have access to the entire home, except for the garage/storage room and parts of the basement. Some wardrobes, cabinets and drawers contain private belongings, and guests are asked to respect this.
