This Aspens one bedroom condo offer the perfect getaway for a couple or small family wanting to explore Jackson Hole. At approximately 650 square feet, you'll find all the comforts of home. Located on the ground floor, there's a king bedroom and full bathroom with washer and dryer. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto a living and dining room that features a wood fireplace and sliding glass door to the patio. Keep your eyes out for wildlife as you enjoy the patio in the summer. There is a choice of a sleeper sofa or built in bunks for an additional two people. **Please note that this property does not have air conditioning. This quaint, wooded neighborhood features a well-stocked market and wine store, coffee shop and gift shop all within walking distance to your property as well as restaurant options for discerning diners and casual food enthusiasts alike. Public transportation (Start Bus) is available into the Town of Jackson and Teton Village for a nominal fee. Pets are not permitted in any of the Rendezvous Mountain Rentals properties during short-term rental stays. Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation. Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation. Guests traveling with ESA or Service animals are directed to call the RMR office to inquire about options. Guest access Guests have full use of the entire property with exception of marked locked owner storage. Any limitations to exterior space access will be posted in the digital house book. Please do not leave or store any food, food containers or coolers outside and maintain closed doors and garage doors (if applicable) at all times. Garbage locations may be shared and are not to be used for storage. Other things to note Parking is available for 2 cars. Firewood is not included with the rental.
