The Cosy Retreat

The Cosy Retreat in the historic village of Cotesbach offers a charming and tranquil escape for guests. The accommodation has been beautifully renovated and features a private English cottage garden, a great sun trap. Two charming coffee shops are within walking distance and you are surrounded by beautiful countryside. Cinema, gym and restaurants nearby. Warwickshire, Rugby and Birmingham are within driving distance. Rugby train station is 10 minutes drive and you can be in London in one hour. The space The accommodation includes a modern wet room with a rejuvenating hot shower, and towels are provided. The bedroom features a super comfortable double bed and a smart TV on the wall with Netflix and other popular streaming services, perfect for cosy movie nights. The kitchen, is exceptionally well-stocked with an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, fridge, coffee machine, and all essential utensils. Useful condiments, like tea, coffee, sugar, and coffee for the machine are provided, along with milk. For vegan guests, alternative plant-based milk is available upon request. In the fridge, you'll find refreshing bottles of water, along with crumpets, butter (or plant-based alternative), and a selection of jams and marmalades in the cupboard. Feel free to pick fresh herbs from the garden to enhance your culinary experience in the kitchen. If you feel inspired to express your creativity, art provisions including watercolour paints, paper, and brushes are available in the wardrobe, along with some board games for entertainment. The hosts have two small rescue dogs named Morris and Rachel, who are known for their funny and playful nature. While they don't bark excessively, you might hear their excitement when it's time for their walk. The location of The Cosy Retreat is convenient, with close proximity to Warwickshire, London, Birmingham, and Rugby. Excellent shopping destinations can be found nearby, and the Retreat is just a short ten-minute drive from Rugby train station. From there, you can reach London's Euston train station within an hour, making it convenient for city excursions. Rugby holds historical significance as the birthplace of rugby football, and nearby Leicester is known for its association with Richard III and the achievements of Leicester City, the 5000/1 league winners, as well as the world-famous Rugby Union club, Leicester Tigers. Small, well-behaved dogs are welcome to join guests during their stay, at an additional cost of £5.00 per dog, per night (but please do not allow them on the bed). Arrangements can be made to accommodate a young child with a camp bed and bedding provided. The Cosy Retreat ensures essential amenities are well-catered for, including reliable Wi-Fi, convenient access to motorways, and on-site parking facilities.
