Enjoy your unforgettable and most affordable way to vacation in Dolly's Smoky Mountains and relax by the fire pit, under the stars after a long day of adventures 💞 The space Backwoods Barbie is a brand new 32 ft RV that offers amenities of a house on a smaller scale. It is located in a rural campsite. It offers a master bedroom, bunk bedroom, living room, dining area, full kitchen, and bathroom. Great outdoor area with a picnic table, firepit, inflatable hot tub and a grill. Located just a few minutes from the main Parkway of Pigeon Forge and Sevierville and all attractions it has to offer. The camper is equipped with 3 smart tvs. Just log in to your favorite streaming apps with your account and enjoy your favorite movie night with the family after a long day of being a tourist! And the kids have their own room as well!!!! Guest access Guests have a full access to the RV and outside areas. Free parking on premises. Other things to note The camper is located at the rural campsite . There are other residents here as well( both airbnb and local residents). The owners of the campsite developed the area with a real camping feel and experience in mind. There is no separate bath house or a pool on the property. The speed limit is 10 mph throughout the campsite. We love our neighbors and worked really hard to have great relationships with them. So please, no loud outside noise after 10 pm! Smoking is not allowed inside the camper ( you may enjoy smoking outside). Violation of smoking policy will result in a $250 fine and cancelation of your reservation without a refund. Parties are not permitted. The hot tub may not be functional if outside temperature drops below 20 degrees. We provide a starter pack of wood for the fire pit outside. You can purchase more at the convenient store 2 minutes away from the camground. Please remember that you are camping in nature. So, therefore, there will be leaves, occasional mud after the rain and bugs outside and we will not provide any refunds due to nature circumstances. Please bring a bug repellent to enjoy your nights by the firepit.
